Return Policy
Returns must be made with 14 business days from the date of purchase. If you are the Purchaser, we can credit the original form of payment or you may choose to have in-store credit for future use. After 14 days, it will be in-store credit only. Product must be in the original condition, unused and in its packaging that you received it in. All special orders and custom-engraved or etched items may not be returned.
Please note that if you are purchasing a gift, the recipient has a different return/exchange policy. If there are changes to your order for a gift registrant, please contact us as soon as possible. In most cases, we handle gifts on the same day or by the next business day.
